1. Delivery is by 7.5-tonne flatbed carrying eight (8) units per journey. Nine units require two journeys and are charged as such. 2. Units are sited level to within 2 degrees. Sloping ground at the top of the field is not suitable for the unit at item 5 and we will not site it there. 3. Units will not be placed in a row facing the marquee entrance, nor downwind of the catering. Positions are ours to determine on the day, in consultation with your steward. 4. All units are strapped in pairs or ballasted against wind — see item 9. An unballasted unit goes over in a 40 m.p.h. gust. 5. Gateway measured at 9 ft 6 in. Our tanker requires 10 ft 0 in. Widening or an alternative standing is your responsibility. 6. Quantities are calculated on the attendance figure you supply. We record that on your bookings of 1990, 1991 and 1992 the actual gate exceeded the figure given on the telephone, on the last occasion by a little over four hundred persons. We will supply to the figure stated and no further.

(iii) The name of the person on site with authority to sign for additional service visits on the Friday. (iv) Whether the exhibitor staff figure of 60 you gave us includes the marquee staff. We have assumed it does. If it does not, add them and telephone us.
